杨炳章（Benjamin Yang） 中国政治与中美关系研究专家。1978年考取北京大学外国哲学所硕士生1981年赴哈佛大学留学，获得博士学位后留任哈佛费正清中心研究员，1997年回国任中国人民大学国际关系学院教授、博士生导师。
